New Year's (December 29 - January 2) Join us as we ring in Mohonk's 140th Anniversary year with a signature celebration! It starts with a romantic dinner, followed by live music and dancing. As the clock strikes twelve, make a toast under a cascade of more than 2,000 balloons. End this memorable evening with our annual midnight buffet. A three- night minimum stay is required.

Best of Mohonk Eco Sampler: A 140th Anniversary Celebration (April 17 - April 23)
Join Mohonk Mountain House this spring to celebrate 140 years of environmental conservation, awareness, and education with a week of workshops, talks and tours. This week will begin with a celebration of Albert Smiley, portrayed by renowned actor Howard Burnham during high tea offered in our grand Parlor. Enjoy a program on The Victorian Lady performed by actress and historian Kandie Carle, Victorian dance lessons with Marc Casslar of the Polite Society Victorian performing ensemble, and a grand ball on Saturday night. Throughout the week there will be tours of Mohonk's Brook Farm, several educational presentations and walks focused on the environment, and a How to Compost workshop. The week will also highlight the history of the Mohonk Preserve and Mountain House relationship. Whether you're an avid environmentalist or just want to do your part to keep the earth clean, this is the week for you!

Celebrate the Holiday Season, as Mohonk Mountain House continues to celebrate 140 years of fulfilling its mission statement creating opportunities for recreation and renewal of body, mind, and spirit in a beautiful, natural setting. During this weekend we will step back in time and visit with our own Albert Smiley, portrayed by renowned actor Howard Burnham.
